IGB aims to be a truly integrated genome browser, meaning it can show data from a variety of diverse data sources, all merged into the same view.
This page and child pages will describe the various types of data sources IGB can access and will also describe how users can add new data sources on the fly within IGB and also create their own using QL or DAS.
