Introduction

IGB aims to be a truly integrated genome browser, meaning it can show data from a variety of diverse data sources, all merged into the same view.

This page and child pages will describe describes the various types of data sources IGB can access and will also describe describes how users can add new data sources on the fly within IGB and also create their own using QL or DASQuickLoad or DAS.

Note: Using QuickLoad or DAS, you can easily create new genomes in IGB and share them with your collaborators. You can easily password-protect your data or share it with everyone.
