IGB, as well as the IGB-to-Galaxy connection, has been designed to communicate with BioViz.org when used on a computer connected to the internet. In this way, we can employ analytics tools such as Google Analytics to monitor how researchers are interacting with our software. This is especially pertinent information following an outreach/networking event, allowing us to gauge the impact of those events.
