General Function Checklist

1. Start the version of IGB that you'll be testing.
2. Open the following URL in a new web browser: http://127.0.0.1:7085/igbDataSource?quickloadurl=http://bitbucket.org/nfreese/quickload-genome-in-a-bottle/raw/release-v1.0.0&quickloadname=dataSourceEndpointTest

• The response in the web browser is: OK

1. Back in IGB, select File > Preferences...
2. Select the Data Sources tab.

• The dataSourceEndpointTest data source has been added (see image below for comparison).

1. Close Preferences and open the H_sapiens_Dec_2013 genome.
2. Click the Data Access tab if it's not already open.

• The dataSourceEndpointTest QuickLoad is visible in the Available Data section.
