To quickly view your genomic data in IGB:

1. Log Sign in to connect.bioviz.org
2. Navigate to your data or upload a file using the ‘+New’ button
3. (Optional) To customize the file’s view within IGB:
1. Right click on the file and choose ‘Metadata’
2. Choose a file’s species and genome version
3. Set a foreground and background color when displaying the track
4. Give the track a name
5. Add any additional comments
4. To make this file viewable in IGB: 
1. Right click on the file and choose ‘Manage Link’
2. Choose ‘Make Public Link’
5. If the file type is supported by IGB, a button ‘View in IGB’ will be visible next to the track name.
6. Open IGB on your computer. It is available to download at bioviz.org
7. Click ‘View in IGB’.
8. Your file will open in IGB as a new Track.
